We want to:
- Keep Bellingham Livable.
- Manage our growth for the people, not the Urban Growth Machine profiteers.
- Ensure development reflects the needs of our community, not the needs of non-resident property developers.
We believe neighborhood-based planning is the key to successful outcomes, not top-down, cookie-cutter approaches to planning.
The Bellingham Neighborhood Coalition (BNC) is a key source for information about local planning issues, land use, housing affordability solutions, and most importantly activism.
Our members include residents of Alabama Hill, Birchwood, Downtown, Columbia, Edgemoor, Fairhaven, Happy Valley, Puget, Samish, Sehome, South, South Hill, Sunnyland, and York neighborhoods.
Residents from all neighborhoods are welcome.
